Missed Delivery/Unclaimed Packages - Packages returned due to missed delivery or those that haven’t been picked up from the An Post designated pick up location will be refunded after deduction of shipping costs and website payment processing fees.
Missing or Stolen Packages - We will not be responsible for packages that show confirmation of delivery.
If the missing item is due to an issue with the carrier in transit, you will receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for any international VAT and customs charges that could potentially be charged after the postage fees.
